Are you a highly professional and organised individual with exceptional business support and executive assistant experience? We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an Executive Assistant/ Project Administrator to join their Business Operations team in Sheffield.
Key Vacancy Information
Temporary (3–6 Months) Location: Sheffield City Centre (Hybrid Working 3 days min in office) Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, approx. 9am–5pm) Start Date: Salary:£34,800 - £37,500 dependent on experience.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior executive, supporting high-level decision-making and strategic delivery. You’ll be instrumental in managingplex diaries, coordinating projects, and handling sensitivemunications with key stakeholders internally and externally across various organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct support to a Director in the Executive Leadership Team, enabling effective delivery of organisational priorities.
2. Manageplex diary arrangements, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
3. Managing agendas and follow-up actions, preparation support for meetings
4. Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Director, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
5. Assist with policy development and contribute to briefings, reports, and presentations.
6. Maintain confidential office systems and ensure accurate information management.
7. Liaise with internal support services
8. Support recruitment and procurement processes where required.
Ideal Candidate:
9. Proven experience in executive support, business administration, or policy coordination.
10. Must be able to start in February andmit to 6 months requirement (could be longer or a permanent opportunity)
11. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and diary management systems.
12. Professional, discreet, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
13. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
14. Able to work independently and managepeting priorities.
