Service Advisor – Main Dealer (Norwich)
1. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (No Weekends!)

Your duties as a Service Advisor:
7. Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, providing outstanding customer care
8. Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair work
9. Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth communication
10. Advising on additional work and upselling products and services where appropriate
11. Delivering a professional, friendly service to maintain strong customer relationships
About You:
12. Previous experience as a Service Advisor (or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade) is preferred
13. Strong communication and organisational skills
14. Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
15. A positive, team-focused attitude
