Role Overview
As Marketing Manager – Consumer & Pro Sports, you’ll lead our marketing efforts across two key verticals:
* Consumer (DTC): Build the VX3 brand and grow eCommerce sales of our technical and leisure ranges through performance marketing, content, and campaigns.
* Pro Sports: Drive licensed sales through the dedicated channels of our professional partners.
This is a hands-on, strategic, and creative role that spans brand, digital, and partner marketing. You'll work closely with senior leadership and product, eCommerce, and sales teams to build a high-performing and unified brand.
Role Overview
Consumer Marketing
* Own and execute the consumer marketing strategy to grow awareness and online sales of the VX3 activewear and leisure ranges.
* Manage paid media (Meta, Google, retargeting).
* Plan and coordinate seasonal campaigns, product drops, and promotions.
* Lead content creation (UGC, influencer, ambassador content) and manage external creators.
* Analyse performance and report on key eCommerce and marketing metrics.
Pro Sports Marketing
* Manage social media and PR for partner teams and events.
* Activate professional team partnerships with campaigns, photography, video, and press.
Brand Management
* Maintain and evolve the VX3 brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning.
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels – web, social, print, packaging, kits.
* Work with product and creative teams on photo/video shoots and content assets.
Who You Are
* 4+ years in marketing, with experience across both consumer and B2B sectors.
* Experience in eCommerce, sportswear, or performance apparel a strong plus.
* Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding, design, and storytelling.
* Confident managing agencies and freelancers, or creating content yourself.
* Analytical mindset – fluent in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo or similar.
* Passion for sport and fitness – you understand the culture and the customer.
