The firm operates offices throughout Dorset including Dorchester, Shaftesbury, and Weymouth, providing comprehensive legal services across the region.Our client are currently seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer to the team in Shaftesbury, Dorset. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for professional growth.Role Overview:As a key member of the Residential Conveyancing team, you will manage a diverse caseload encompassing:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New builds and shared ownership schemes
* Lease extensions and rural property transactions
You will work closely with the Head of Department to deliver high-quality legal advice and maintain a profitable caseload. The role also involves engaging in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services.Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to handle a varied and complex caseload independently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
