About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our email marketing activity. In this role, you will manage CRM platforms, develop segmented and personalised campaigns, and create automation journeys that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
Working closely with marketing, sales, content, and IT teams, you will ensure all customer communications align with brand, business objectives, and wider marketing initiatives. This role is central to delivering impactful newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated customer journeys that strengthen customer relationships and improve conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead all direct-to-customer communications in the UK and IE, with some support to the EMEA.
2. Plan, build, and execute regular newsletters, promotional emails, and automated lifecycle journeys.
3. Ensure all email activity aligns with business goals and current marketing initiatives.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT to ensure clear communication and campaign alignment.
5. Develop segmented and personalised content with support from designers, content creators, and developers.
