As Tenancy Sustainment Officer at mhs Homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management and resolution of anti‑social behaviour, Hate Crime and safeguarding incidents within our communities; along with management of complex tenancy sustainability cases such as Hoarding and domestic abuse. The core focus of the team is on preventing tenancy breakdown, working on a case management basis, with a strong focus on prevention and resolution of serious and complex ASB and neighbourhood issues. Working with statutory partners and community organisations you will deliver positive outcomes in line with the relevant policy, legislation, regulation and best practice. The Tenancy Sustainment Offer requires a proactive and flexible approach to address challenging cases, focused on supporting customers to resolve tenancy breaches which often need a nuanced, multi‑agency approach; whilst contributing to the broader goal of creating safer and more harmonious communities.
