Pipe Foreman Position Overview:
As our Pipe Foreman, you will lead crews in installing sewer and watermain piping across diverse project environments – ranging from municipal infrastructure to commercial and residential developments. If you're safety-focused, hands-on with transit levels, sewer lasers, and inclined to mentor teams, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Lead installation of sewer pipe on grade and mechanical joint fittings
* Shoot with transit level; calculate grades and slopes using elevations and benchmarks
* Set up and operate sewer lasers to establish accurate lines
* Read and interpret plans and specs as required for each project
* Enforce safety protocols and perform Competent Person training per OSHA standards
* Coordinate crew activities, materials, and schedules with project leads
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license and a clean, dependable driving record
* No criminal violent felonies
* Demonstrated experience with sewer pipe layout and mechanical joint installations
* Proficiency in using transit levels for grade and slope establishment
* Skillful in sewer laser setup and line alignment
* Completion of OSHA Competent Person training
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans/specs
* Random drug testing will be administered across various projects
