Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Bristol, we’d welcome your application.

2. Additional £4140 earnings expected through uncapped commission (£31640 OTE)

What you'll be doing as a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol

14. Booking and conducting property inspections
15. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
16. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
17. Deposit returns
18. Resolving rental arrears
19. Processing eviction requests
20. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
21. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
22. Managing complaints
23. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol

24. Minimum 3+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
25. Outstanding customer service
26. Good telephone manner
27. IT skills

Driving Requirements

28. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
29. If you hold an automatic-only driving licence, you may not receive a company car immediately. As such, you are required to have full access to your own vehicle that can be used for work purposes until such time as a company car is provided to you (no car allowance provided whilst using your own vehicle)
30. Full business-use car insurance cover (if using your own vehicle)

The Finer Details
To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

31. Full UK Driving Licence
32. Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
33. We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need

35. National Insurance
36. Drivers Licence Check

At some point(s) in your application process, you may be required to interview via video call.
