Team NNUH is looking for Healthcare Support Workers - Clinical Care (HCSW-CC) to join our Temporary Workforce Team and help provide excellent care to our patients through the Nurse Bank. As a Bank HCSW, your day-to-day work could take you to a variety of clinical areas, such as adult inpatient wards or outpatient clinics. You will support patients of all ages with a range of medical conditions and individual care needs. If you enjoy caring for people, working as part of a friendly team in a busy environment and have good communication skills, a flexible role through our Nurse Bank could be a great fit for you. All new Bank HCSWs receive a two week induction with supernumerary time and once in post, you would be expected to work 1-2 shifts per month or more.
