Role: Prequal Team Manager
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 basic
On Target Earnings: Circa £55,000
Our client is seeking a Sales Team Manager to oversee and develop a team of agents responsible for the critical first stage of the sales pipeline. This is a key role within the business, pivotal to ensuring the efficiency and success of the lead qualification process.
You will play an essential part in driving the performance of the lead generation team and directly impacting the overall business outcomes. The role carries overall responsibility for coaching and mentoring the team to efficiently and effectively prequalify leads. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting Trainee Account Managers as they progress through the Pathway to Sales program, helping them to develop the skills and confidence required to transition into fully-fledged Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 20-30 lead generation agents
* Ensure efficient workflows and processes are in place for lead prequalification and handover to Sales
* Provide ongoing coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
* Identify training needs and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge
* Continuous development and refinement of lead qualification criteria and processes to ensure processes are as efficient as possible
* Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy in lead tracking and reporting; provide detailed and insightful data reporting.
What our client is looking for?
* Proven experience in a lead generation or telesales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Exceptional proficiency in CRM and dialler systems
* High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
Additional Details:
* Base salary up to 45,000, OTE £55,800
-Working pattern: 09:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays' required)
-28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday
