Smile Education is recruiting Graduates interested in gaining experience within education. You will be supporting local schools, delivering set lessons or small-group interventions across a variety of subjects. Additional subject teaching may be required depending on school requirements.
About the Role
* Support teaching and learning across KS2 and KS3
* Deliver pre-planned lessons or supervise classes in the absence of a teacher
* Full-time, part-time, or flexible arrangements available
* Work across several local schools to meet demand
* Gain valuable classroom experience and develop essential skills
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate with a passion for education
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with young people
* Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain a productive learning environment
* Adaptable and willing to support various curriculum areas
* Interest in progressing to teacher training (desirable but not essential)
