Sales Administrator
We are delighted to be supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly office-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. If you’re organised, detail‑oriented and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and managing customer sales orders
* Providing telephone and email support to customers and internal teams
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider sales function
* Utilising IT systems (Excel, Word, and ideally Sage 200) to ensure smooth operations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good IT literacy (Excel, Word essential)
* Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial but not essential
* A team‑oriented, proactive approach
