The Post - Projects and Change Analyst

Join the Strategic PMO to support the delivery of projects and programmes aligned with the University's strategic goals. You'll provide analytical and change management support, using your expertise in business and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and help embed a culture of benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of strategic projects and programmes.
* Support benefits identification and documentation for business cases.
* Analyse new requirements and recommend solutions.
* Use benchmarking to drive innovation and performance improvement.
* Conduct process and data mapping to support project development.
* Act as a change agent, supporting stakeholders through transformation.
* Maintain core project documentation (plans, logs, risk registers).
* Assist with business case development and options appraisals.

The successful candidate should have the following:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Experience of undertaking project management or change management-related activities.
* Experience of writing reports and presenting intricate information clearly.
* Experience of working in a complex environment where there is a wide range of parallel and mutually dependent activities.
