Position Title: Senior Design Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Location: Warwick /Coventry
Outside IR35

Job Description:
* Lead the electrical aspects of the T.50s vehicle programme in the run up to production release
* Focus on parts release and DV activities for the electrical system
* Including review electrical harness CAD including correct harness routing and clipping support supplied by Tier 1 supplier in the context of the vehicle
* Chair all required meetings and minute actions through RAG status
* Report out to Senior management on Production Release readiness and identify any associated risk
Qualifications / Skills needed
* Extensive experience in electrical system design, preferably within the automotive industry or in low-volume manufacturing.
* Deep understanding of vehicle electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, ECUs, sensors, power distribution, and battery management systems.
* Strong project management and leadership skills.
* Ability to guide and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
