Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, Project Management – UNSW Canberra
This role is a fixed‑term contract, full‑time (35 hours per week) for 2 years. Salary ranges from Level B (approximately $127,947) to Level C (approximately $155,403) plus leave loading and 17% superannuation. Shape and deliver teaching, research and mentorship in the School of Engineering and Technology.

Responsibilities – You will support the delivery, development and innovation of courses and programmes, supervise students across the UNSW‑Project‑Management‑Programs and Master of Project Management (Canberra) programmes, and contribute to curriculum and research activities within the School of Engineering and Technology.
Who You Are (skills and experience)
* Have a PhD in project management or a closely related discipline, or a Master’s degree in project management with substantive experience in the design and delivery of courses and/or programmes.
* A profound understanding of project management principles, methodologies and best practices, with a track record of relevant academic and professional accomplishments.
* Practical experience in the project management industry, enabling the effective integration of theoretical knowledge with real‑world applications to enrich the learning experience.
* Experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and/or undergraduate level.
* Demonstrated success in initiating curriculum development and improvement, coupled with a passion for fostering engaging and effective learning experiences for undergraduate/postgraduate students.
* A commitment to mentoring students and junior colleagues, with potential to provide leadership within the academic community.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the candidate to interact effectively with students, colleagues and industry partners.
* A proactive approach to professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends, advancements and pedagogical approaches in project management.

Eligibility
