The role will involve:
* Managing key client relationships and advising on complex and sensitive employment matters.
* Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
* Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team.
* Advising on employee relations issues, restructures, TUPE, redundancies and Employment Tribunal claims for respondent clients.
You will bring:
* Strong experience in Employment law (4+ PQE).
* Confidence handling complex advisory and contentious matters.
* A collaborative approach and strong client-facing skills.
* Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
