We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Neston Services. This service provides intensive support to individuals within a residential setting, offering care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.
The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager in providing sound leadership and overseeing the day-to-day running of the staff team to deliver a person-centric service and implement innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first-line leadership to our care team, supporting their development and career growth.

Hours of work: Typically, a 3-week rolling rota within the hours of 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. The post requires management cover across weekends within your contracted hours.
