Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) Secondary School - Near Braintree, Essex Full-time | Permanent Leadership Scale / MPS SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) We are seeking an experienced, committed and compassionate SENCo to join our dedicated team at a thriving secondary school near Braintree. The Role As SENCo, you will lead and manage the schools provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents and external agencies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping inclusive practice across the school and championing high expectations for all learners.
