What you’ll do
In this role you will:
* Gain experience across a broad spectrum of corporate work, including M&A, strategic investments, management buyouts and re-organisations.
* Support a range of clients including national and international companies, entrepreneurs and private equity clients. You will often work for repeat clients and have the opportunity to build rapport and foster important and longstanding relationships.
* Benefit from the right balance of responsibility and independence, from the outset, to work confidently with your own transactions and client relationships, combined with the support and supervision from senior colleagues to enable you to continue developing your skills and knowledge as you to progress.

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
* 2+ years PQE as a Corporate Solicitor, seeking to accelerate your career and professional development with more direct responsibility and interaction with clients
* Some experience of developing relationships with corporate/institutional clients, you will be comfortable acting as the primary client contact and taking responsibility for managing transactions of various sizes.
* Passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
