Are you an experienced HIAB Driver looking for a full-time, weekday role?
Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting Class 2 HIAB Remote Grab Drivers to work with a leading roofing supplier, delivering materials to both trade and domestic customers across Edinburgh and nearby areas.
💷 Pay Rates (Advanced Holiday Pay Included):
1. £17.59 per hour – Standard rate
2. £23.45 per hour – Overtime & Saturdays
3. £26.39 per hour – Sundays
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
4. Delivering roofing materials using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle
5. Operating the remote grab safely and in full compliance with regulations
6. Loading and unloading materials at a range of customer sites
7. Securing loads and following all on-site safety procedures
8. Completing daily vehicle checks and associated paperwork
✅ Requirements:
9. Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
10. Valid HIAB Remote Grab certificate (essential)
11. Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
12. Ideally a minimum of 12 months’ HIAB driving experience
13. Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach
