Role:
· Day to day interaction with the team of (external) service providers for the property portfolio
· Monitor compliance with statutory, industry code and best practice requirements
· Strengthen adherence to existing operational processes and standards
* Monitor and manage client side key tenancy events (tenancy deposit process, rent review progression, change of tenancies)
· Lead performance improvement projects and initiatives working with service providers
· Report on the operational performance of the portfolio to Directors
· Assist with assessment and resolution of escalated occupier issues in a timely and efficient manner
About Us:
We are a private investment management company with a commercial and residential real estate portfolio of 260 units in South Manchester. The day to day management of the portfolio is outsourced to third party managing agents, supervised by our Portfolio Administration Manager, to ensure high standards are maintained across the portfolio with a focus on occupier satisfaction.
We are looking for skilled and experienced individual to join our management team as Portfolio Administration Manager supporting the Group Investment Manager.
To be successful in this role you should have
· Strong and accurate administration skills for contract review and data entry
· Strong data management and Excel skills
· Good communication/ people management skills
· The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisation skills
· Able to manage multiple projects running concurrently
· Some knowledge of residential or commercial property management beneficial
· Full UK driving license required
Further details:
· Full time or part time (30 hours min) dependant on experience.
· Hours: 09:00am to 17:00 Monday to Friday (if full time)
· Flexible working available with minimum 3 days a week in office (post probation).
