* No nights.

Salary
* PIP Assessor (3 assessments per day): £39,500 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months.
* WCA Assessor (5–6 shorter assessments per day): £42,000 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 months.
* Up to 10% quality and performance bonus.
* Candidates should ideally be open to PIP or WCA depending on local availability.
Hours
* Full‑time (WCA/PIP)
* Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
* Part‑time (PIP only)
* 0.6 FTE (3 days)
* 0.8 FTE (4 days)
* Can work any day of the week.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face‑to‑face)
* Review medical evidence and daily living impact
* Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
* Make objective recommendations based on evidence
* This is an assessment‑focused role — no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training
* 12‑week paid training covering:
o Assessment techniques
o DWP guidelines
o Report writing
o You will be fully supported before working independently.

* Registered Adult Nurses (NMC)
* Occupational Therapists (HCPC)
* Physiotherapists (HCPC)
* Paramedics (HCPC)
* Pharmacists (GPhC)
Qualifications
* Minimum 1‑year post‑registration experience in an adult setting
* At least 1‑year active registration
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Confident IT and typing skills
* Sponsorship is not available.
