As a Lead Analyst, you will lead analytical projects, mentor junior staff, and act as a trusted stakeholder partner. This role combines technical delivery with leadership to embed a data-driven culture and promote continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Lead complex analytics projects ensuring robust, scalable outputs aligned with business needs. Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and data models using DAX, SQL, and Python. Translate data into insights through narratives and visualisations. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solutions and communicate results. Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and standards. Promote reusable data assets and support documentation. Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering collaboration and high performance. Champion best practices and explore emerging technologies like AI. About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have: Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and/or Python. Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models. Understanding of data architecture and modelling principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and cloud platforms (desirable). Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
