HR Business Partner
Client: BAE Systems
Location: Glascoed
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Hourly Rate: £30.28 PAYE or £40.71 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 37 hours onsite 3 days per week (also open to part time options)
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment, partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic and operational HR activity.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with leaders across the business on people strategy and ER matters
2. Supporting organisational change and workforce planning
3. Driving employee engagement and performance initiatives
4. Providing pragmatic HR advice across a unionised environment
5. Coaching managers on HR best practice and policy
What we’re looking for:
6. Proven HRBP experience within a large, complex organisation
7. Strong ER and stakeholder management skills
8. Experience within manufacturing/engineering/defence environments desirable
9. CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
