Role Overview

The Client & Brand Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, supporting brand partnerships, and delivering exceptional in-store and experiential service. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, clienteling, events, and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and external brand partners.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, relationship-driven, and confident working cross-functionally with retail teams, buying teams, and wholesale brand managers.


Key Responsibilities


Client & CRM Management

* Own and manage the existing client and CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and ongoing optimisation.
* Lead client outreach initiatives, including personalised communications, event invitations, promotions, exclusives, and waitlist management.
* Coordinate bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth and premium client experience.
* Analyse client data to identify engagement opportunities, trends, and growth areas.


Clienteling & Team Support

* Train and support floor management and retail teams on clienteling best practices.
* Encourage and enable teams to sign up new clients and proactively manage relationships with existing clients.
* Act as a resource for client engagement strategies and relationship-building across the floor.

Stakeholder & Brand Management

* Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including KG Buying, the Selfridges team, and wholesale brand managers.
* Maintain strong, professional relationships to ensure alignment on priorities, activations, and client engagement opportunities.


Retail & Personal Shopping Support

* Support Selfridges Personal Shopping and Ready-to-Wear teams in delivering seamless, elevated service.
* Share relevant brand, product, and client insights to support meaningful client interactions.
* Assist with the coordination of content, launches, and key moments relevant to these teams.


Events & Activations

* Support the planning, organisation, hosting, and delivery of in-store activations and events for KG wholesale and own brands.
* Manage wait lists, client communications, and on-the-day logistics to ensure flawless execution.
* Capture post-event insights and feedback to inform future initiatives.


Requirements


Skills & Experience

* Strong experience in CRM, clienteling, retail operations, or luxury/fashion environments.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
* Experience supporting events or activations is highly desirable.
