A well-established UK-based importer and distributor of commercial equipment is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Co-ordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across its Stock Control and Imports function. This is a full-time, office-based role. Main Responsibilities * Providing general administrative support to the Stock Control & Imports team * Creating and processing purchase orders * Coordinating communication between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams * Updating and maintaining ERP records with accurate order information and due dates * Supporting the sales team with timely updates on order status * Reviewing and organising import and logistics documentation * Assisting with the creation and maintenance of stock item records * Booking-in incoming goods and supporting stock administration * Investigating and helping resolve stock discrepancies * Preparing and logging defective materials reports (DMRs) * Assisting with quality checks and routine stock counts Key Skills & Experience * Strong administrative and organisational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Confident IT user with strong digital skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Knowledge of ISO9001 (advantageous) * Experience with ERP systems such as BC365 (beneficial) * Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch break) Benefits * Additional annual leave * Employee discount scheme * On-site parking * Private medical insurance * Sick pay * Performance-based bonus scheme
