Our client, a leading provider of CCTV and security solutions, is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Hilsea. Our client support trade installers across the UK & Ireland through a growing showroom network.
This is a consultative sales role focused on building strong client relationships. You’ll manage a mix of warm and lapsed leads, driving growth and brand awareness. Full product training provided.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage the full sales cycle and pipeline
* Engage with warm and lapsed leads via phone, email and occasional in person visits.
* Develop new and existing B2B relationships
* Meet sales targets and KPIs
* Recommend tailored solutions to customer needs
What You’ll Bring:
* Sales experience (product or software ideal)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confidence in using MS Office and CRM systems
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
