* Proactively build greater relationships with all clients, new and existing.
* Working cross-functionally with other internal teams
* Successfully negotiate and renew client accounts.
* Following processes and systems looking at analytical performance information.
* Updating records in our CRM system.
Job requirements
* Manage customer relationships.
* Drive revenue growth and retention.
* Resolve client issues and concerns.
* Develop account strategies.
* Monitor account performance.
* Gather customer feedback and insights.
