The role of the Support Engineer will include carrying out a number of tasks on contracted customer sites. These will include:
Responsibilities
* Service - PPM and reactive works when required.
* Proactive improvements to customers' Building Management System.
* Energy solutions/engineering.
* Joining an out of hours callout rota (call outs are rare).
* Small project works.
The Support Engineer role will involve hands‑on work delivering the services above with some customer contact. The successful applicant will build an on‑going relationship with all customers, looking after the needs of the site and making improvements where applicable. The Support Engineer will report to their Support Team Leader. The successful candidate will ideally be electrically qualified and have experience of maintaining, upgrading and repairing building management systems.
Qualifications
* Qualified Electrician up to Level 3 or NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
* 18th edition.
* Experienced with BMS Systems, ideally Tridium and Trend.
* Controls knowledge.
