About the Role
We're working with a respected organisation looking to appoint a strategic HR Business Partner to support their growth and people initiatives. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, drive employee engagement, and help shape people policies across multiple sites.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll balance day-to-day HR support with strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers to deliver on workforce planning, talent, and retention strategies
* Support complex ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
* Lead on performance management, coaching and employee engagement initiatives
* Drive diversity and inclusion and support wellbeing programmes
* Help develop HR policies and ensure compliance with UK employment law
* Collaborate on L&D and succession planning projects
About You
* Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging decisions where needed
* CIPD Level 5 (or above) preferred
* Flexible, pragmatic and able to influence at all levels
