About the Role We're working with a respected organisation looking to appoint a strategic HR Business Partner to support their growth and people initiatives. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, drive employee engagement, and help shape people policies across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll balance day-to-day HR support with strategic projects. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to deliver on workforce planning, talent, and retention strategies Support complex ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Lead on performance management, coaching and employee engagement initiatives Drive diversity and inclusion and support wellbeing programmes Help develop HR policies and ensure compliance with UK employment law Collaborate on L&D and succession planning projects About You Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging decisions where needed CIPD Level 5 (or above) preferred Flexible, pragmatic and able to influence at all levels Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible / hybrid working available Opportunities for career development and further CIPD support Supportive leadership team and inclusive culture
