Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager within the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to helping customers improve patient care and outcomes using our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing exemplary customer service with a patient-focused approach.
You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff, and supporting cases in operating theatres.
The territory covers Scotland and North East England. Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within this territory.

Minimum Requirements
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device sales
* Proven success in capital sales
* Ownership mindset with a focus on results
* Drive and desire to succeed and win
* Alignment with our values: Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen, ideally with knowledge of NHS/private medical sectors
* Valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
