We are looking for a self- motivated, hardworking and reliable person to join our friendly and welcoming admin team. This is a key role within the team. It is vital to the efficient day to day operation of the school and main reception. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should be able to multi-task and provide a timely, efficient and welcoming service for all customers. 37 Hours per week - Term Time Only plus 10 days to be worked throughout the school holidays. Annual Full-time Salary: Grade 4: Grade 4 - LPP 7 - 11, £26,403 - £28,142 Pro Rata Actual commencing salary: £23,874 • To organise cover for absent classroom staff. • To operate a welcoming and efficient reception and switchboard service. • To provide general administrative support to the school. • Operate the school’s visitors and security system.
