What the job involves In this role, you will manage a caseload of housing disrepair cases, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to contractual obligations. You'll oversee the expenditure budget, ensuring efficient allocation while working closely with the legal and insurance teams. This is a 35-hour-per-week position based partially in the office, covering a vacant post with the potential to secure the position permanently when it becomes available.
