National Business Development Manager : Leisure and Hospitality
Salary: A GBP 55,000 : A GBP 73,000+

Role
I am working with a great client looking to drive expansion their European leisure/hospitality portfolio, with a focus on UK growth. Identifying new opportunities, build partnerships, and secure long:term commercial deals. Operating across the full deal lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and Balance new business development with ongoing partner relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of franchise and development opportunities
- Lead end:to:end deal execution: sourcing, feasibility, negotiation, and onboarding
- Negotiate complex franchise, management, and renewal agreements
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, owners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with partners to deliver new site developments
- Assess real estate opportunities (location, design, financial structure, returns)
- Optimise commercial models and contract structures for scalability and compliance
- Actively network and travel to generate opportunities and strengthen partnerships
Key Requirements
- 3:5+ years experience in business development, acquisitions, or contracting
- Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills (high:value deals)
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, or related sectors (preferred)
- Ability to build networks and originate opportunities proactively
- Strategic thinker with hands:on execution capability
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Degree:level education (or equivalent experience)
- Real estate exposure beneficial but not essential
