Are you an organised, proactive Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment? My client, a growing and ambitious company, is looking for a confident and capable professional to become the central hub of their busy office.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, energetic team within a business that is continuing to expand — offering real progression opportunities for the right person.


The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, supporting senior leadership and ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and organised. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing office operations, budgets and supplier relationships
* Coordinating travel, meetings, events and board packs
* Supporting senior management with administration and reporting
* Maintaining office compliance including Health & Safety processes
* Overseeing office supplies, visitor management and facilities
* Supporting onboarding and general team administration
* Managing diaries, expenses and confidential documentation for leadership


What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
