The role of Qualifications Assessor will include:
1. Support a caseload of 40 learners to gather evidence for their Health and Social care Diploma Qualifications. These are Sanctuary staff who are based in various locations throughout the south of England who you will be visiting on a regular basis
2. Support learners to use our electronic portfolio system OneFile and working from home judge evidence to be at the correct qualification level to meet the unit criteria
3. Attend standardisation meetings monthly either via teams or in Worcester at our Head office
4. Complete CPD activities to retain occupational competency to assess Health and Social care qualifications
Skills and experiences:
5. D32/33 or TAQA L3 or equivalent
6. Health and social care qualifications to a minimum of level 3 as a minimum
7. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role undertaking assessments of Health and Social care programmes
8. Working knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice principles
9. Some experience working with qualification quality assurance systems
10. Professional experience in disciplines relevant to the qualifications being delivered
11. Experience in planning your own diary and building relationships with learners, staff, managers of services
12. Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
13. Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

26. Role salary is £24,832 with an additional policy allowance of £5,810 per annum (rising to £26,139 with an additional policy allowance of £5,097 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
