About You Hire Fitness is looking for you to have Good Computer Skills and be comfortable using various software.( Training will be given on our Software)
* Previous experience in customer service/accounts administration.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, strong multitasking and the ability to adapt to demanding workloads
* You will need to be able to drive due to remote location

About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Accounts Administrator with strong IT skills and the ability to adapt to our computer systems and processes.
* Possess a confident telephone manner and effective communication skills with very good multitasking and organisation skills.
* Customer Service
* Invoicing / Crediting / Debt Collecting
* Order Processing for domestic & commercial customers
* Arrange deliveries, collections and exchanges
* System stock checks/import stock into system
* Create Safety Inspection and service contracts for new commercial customers
* Schedule service visits with the customers and operations team. Send service reports to customers after safety and service inspections
* General Administration
