The Setup
Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a team of 3, you will be custodian of HR operations across the core employee lifecycle systems, admin and compliance, payroll, benefits and recruitment. Within the team you will find a recruitment specialist, a payroll specialist and a generalist coordinator you will support their development, act as escalation and work closely with on key projects.
