Based within NACâs Homelessness Service, this post will allow for the opportunity to gain experience in 3 of the teams within the service. The Housing Support Team, The Temporary Accommodation Team & Ardrossan Short Stay Hostel. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused housing team that is committed to providing the best possible service to our clients and customers. You will learn all aspects of Business Administration while gaining more in-depth knowledge of housing-based procedures and systems. The post will be primarily based in Cunninghame House in Irvine Customer service skills, problem solving skills, time management, organisational skills amongst others. Three National 4 qualifications, or equivalent, one must be in English. Relevant knowledge and/or experience gained through education, voluntary or part time work. Written and verbal communication skills required, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, take and follow instructions and be motivated and enthusiastic.
