Networkology is on the lookout for a Cisco Engineer to support a high-profile, secure environment. As we expand into 2025, we’re building out a strong, hands-on technical team to deliver excellence across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies.
If you're DV-cleared, Cisco-certified, and ready to get stuck into exciting technical work in a secure and collaborative environment — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
* Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
* Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
* Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
* Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
* Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records
What You Bring
DV Clearance – Essential
Cisco CCNA or CCNP – Strongly preferred
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
* Networking
* Security
* Unified Collaboration
* Data Centre (DC)
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skill
* A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problems
* Confidence in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
