Job Description
So, what's the job really about?
Well, imagine popping by to help Mrs. Smith start her day. One moment you're assisting her out of bed and helping her choose an outfit, and the next, you're sharing a cuppa and a natter as she enjoys her breakfast. Later, you might be off to Mr. Jones' to make sure he's got his medication sorted and assisting him with a refreshing shower and a hot meal on the table. Maybe a quick tidy‑up, or a trip to the shops is on the cards as well.
But here's the special bit. You're not just a helper; you're a lifeline, a listener, and often, a good laugh! You ensure all of your clients are comfortable and safe to enable them to stay independent in their own homes.
Interested in training? Home Instead is a step above the rest. Our training is not just about ticking boxes; it's about elevating your skills and boosting your confidence to enable you to provide high quality care.
