Are you a Junior Account Manager or Junior Sales Representative looking to make an impact in a rapidly growing IT Managed Services organisation? We are currently seeking an Internal Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester.
As an Account Manager with 1 to 2 years of industry experience, you will collaborate closely with Account Directors to enhance Customer Experience and drive revenue retention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Maintaining recurring revenues
- Boosting customer engagement within assigned accounts
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth and securing renewals by actively interacting with clients, creating quotations, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Your commitment to understanding customer needs, providing exceptional service, and staying abreast of our services portfolio will be key to your success.
The ideal candidate will have a background in another IT Managed Services company, ideally starting as a Junior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager. Proficiency in UCC, UCaaS, CCaaS, Network Infrastructure, Secure Operations, and CX solutions, along with a short track record in effective account management, is crucial. Experience in collaborating with field account managers to uncover new opportunities will be advantageous.
