Job Description
 3. Lead and manage audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio
 4. Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and audit assistants
 5. Oversee resource allocation and team performance management
 6. Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
 7. Develop and maintain high-quality client relationships
 8. Prepare comprehensive financial statements and audit reports
 9. Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
 10. Contribute to business development and client acquisition strategies
The Successful Applicant
 11. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification)
 12. Minimum of 5 years' experience in audit and accounts management
 13. Strong technical accounting knowledge
 14. Proven leadership and team management skills
 15. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 16. Proficiency in accounting software and digital reporting tools
 17. Commitment to continuous professional development
