We are looking for a Book keeper / Administrator, to join our team.
The roll would be undertaken in our showroom, located at Ashdene Garage, London road, Hurst Green, TN19 7QR, where there is parking available on site.
The hours are flexible but you would be required to do a minimum 20-24hours a week with the option to do more if and when required.
The role is to :
Weekly
* Assit in answering company telephones.
* Integrate company DMS (Dragon 2000) in to Sage
* Reconcile Daily Bank Sheet with money taken via cash/card
* Post invoices onto sage
* Issue Customer Service Plan Authorities
* Process / Reconcile bank statements
* Update used car funding account and spend allowance
* Pay Suppliers
* Process Car Sales Paperwork
* Digitalise & Filing of Paperwork
* Check emails and respond.
* Answer Phones
* Book clients in
* Assist in lunch break coverage
Monthly
* Send Trade Customer statements once a month
* Produce monthly nominal reports
* Process End of Month Journals
* Process Warranty statement
* Reconcile End of Month supplier statement's to sage
* Reconcile Petty Cash
* Reconcile other savings accounts
* Process and reconcile credit card statement
* Go through debtors and creditors lists
* Liaise with after sales manager for chasing debtors
* Process service plan first payment folder and close down expired.
* Send end of month documents to accountants on a quarterly basis.
* Control service plan accounts - Set up new Service Plans & send out renewals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £22.00 per hour
