This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement across our Daventry site. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams and making a real impact on the factory floor, this is your opportunity.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Own day-to-day plant operations and deliver on safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) targets.
2. Champion a zero-incident culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
3. Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
4. Drive Lean practices and embed Managing Daily Improvement (MDI) discipline.
5. Collaborate across functions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
6. Communicate and engage with employees to maintain strong employee relations.
7. Take ownership of budget control, cost-saving initiatives, and operational performance.

About you:

8. Extensive experience in Operations Management with plant-level P&L responsibility.
9. Ideally from a Print/Packaging background.
10. Thrive on being a hands-on leader, working closely with team members and leading from the frontline.
11. Proven success in managing change and implementing Lean principles.
12. Strong track record in improving KPIs: throughput, cycle time, inventory turns.
13. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
14. Ability to be hands-on and lead from the shop floor—not just the office.
15. Live our True Colors behaviours of Accountability, Customer Focus, Team Player, Drive for Results and Innovation.
16. Live within a commutable distance and willing to travel within Europe occasionally.

Why join us?

17. Be the key driver of operational efficiency and effectivenessfor a growing manufacturing site.
18. Work in a culture that values action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
19. Make a visible impact every day—your leadership will shape our success.
20. Join a team that strives for global sustainability, playing our part in making the world a better place for future generations.
