Our kitchen is within a small boutique Countryside Inn in the Chilterns. We are a unique site with full autonomy of our seasonal menus, giving you the opportunity to contribute and collaborate on new dishes. In this role, you will be responsible for: Assisting the Head/Sous Chef and a small team in preparing and delivering all dishes across the menu Ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation Developing new recipes and menus with the Head Chef We are looking for a chef who has: Experience in a high-end kitchen Good understanding of classical techniques and methods A passion for using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients The initiative to work independently and also efficiently within a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
