Head Housekeeper

£13 per hour, 40 hours per week.
Job Summary
The Head Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all resident rooms and shared areas. You will oversee linen management, ensure a fire and accident risk-free environment, and support a variety of resident activities. No prior experience or qualifications are required; training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to residents’ homes and communal living spaces.
* Manage housekeeping operations, ensuring linen is clean and available for residents’ comfort and hygiene.
* Identify and mitigate potential fire and accident risks, working with other teams to protect resident safety.
* Support residents with personal care needs and participate in activities such as arts and crafts, gardening, shopping trips and social events.
