We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, restocking shelves, and cleaning spillages. We offer varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training is provided. What you'll do:
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
