Hours: 15 hours per week during term time. You will perform a supervisor role for 7.5 hours and a cleaner role for 7.5 hours each week.
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 7pm, and Friday 1pm - 4pm.
Salary: £12.82 per hour (cleaner rate), £13.12 - £13.26 per hour (supervisor rate).
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, and walls. You will monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting any issues to management.
You will also set up rooms for events and serve as the on-site responsible person for health and safety reporting.
Supervise a team of Facility Assistants (Cleaning), including training, recruitment, attendance management, and team briefings.
Ensure building security and act as a key-holder when required.
