At PepsiCo UK, we’re proud to make some of the nation’s favourite snacks and drinks—like Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers, and Monster Munch. With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester. At the end of 2025 we will move our UK office to a vibrant new Reading town centre location, just minutes from Reading train station.
We are looking for someone to continue to take the content and B2B customer engagement tool to the next level with the goal of driving engagement, retention and drive distribution gains. The candidate will need to define, create and deliver the plan for engagement lifecycle using our 3rd party App Shopt. They’ll also need to work cross functionally and with Shopt to drive efficiencies and grow the digital relevance and reach of Pepsico across retail, specifically in Traditional Trade for visited and non visited stores.
Responsibilities
• To continue to lead the Shopt agenda to evolve the current scheme to align with the field so we can establish how we utilise digital to support the KDMs vs the field and vice versa, whilst ensuring an insights led approach is taken• Lead the alignment forums, including agenda ownership, stakeholder alignment, follow up actions• Define the campaigns and Lifecyle to:• Attract new customers to sign up• Increase engagement with our offers• Provide range recommendations• Educate about core range and campaigns• Own the future platform roadmap, encompassing functionality to support wider business needs and an enhanced experience for our users• Maintain a Test & Learn approach to find future improvements, partnering with wider digital specialists and brand marketing teams where appropriate. Also considering where we can enable leverage across the sector• Run ad hoc research including polls and surveys to support the insights• Seek new digital opportunities and solutions for aiding growth in Impulse• Extend current support for CSN – consolidated sales network to include both juice and grains• Manage and report on budgets
Qualifications
• Digital experience• Entrepreneurial spirit & can do approach• Strong negotiation & influencing skills• Solid trading experience, understanding all the commercial levers to drive performance (Range, Price, Experience, Marketing)• Strong communication skills to work across multiple internal markets & stakeholders and a wide range of stakeholders across channels, Media & Technology• Ability to build winning relationships with both internal & external stakeholders• Understanding of the field operation and marketing would be an advantage• Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute
